Hello;
I have a problem with a 3-CPU and I would be very grateful if you can help me to solve it, what happens is the following; For no reason the main programming port by protocol 232 stopped working (RJ-11 connector) when I tried to connect it showed me the following message: UNABLE TO OPEN PORT, so since I have a 3-RS232 card installed I made the connection through the ports from the bottom of the CPU (TXD, RXD and COM) with this connection I managed to do some programming but by mistake I sent a programming file where port 1 of RS232 is transmitting to a printer and the other port to a field server ( FSB-PC 2 - Gateway Type III) immediately when I finished sending the programming the communication was lost, I couldn't do the time synchronization. Can any of you help me to solve this problem? What can I do to get my CPU back up and running?
Thank you very much for your answers and comments.

Re: PROBLEM WITH DOWNLOADING INFORMATION TO THE 3-CPU
try downloading using a lower baud rates like 9600 from both RJ-11 and serial port

UNABLE TO OPEN PORT - was this from your computer or the panel
is there another 3-cpu on the system, if so can you load from that.
do you think that the problem you have now is do to the rs-232 port is now setup as a printer
