I am sure there are more then a few Notifier distributors in your town.
contact Notifier
do not wary about the fire works computer for now, it is not that big of a thing
find your new notifier distributor, if they do not have a fireworks guy they will send one off to class.
in phila there are around 5 or so distributors

Fish, call Tech Electronics, second largest Notifier dealer in the nation, they're in STL. 303.438.8088
I've not heard of Fireworks. If you have an Onyx system (3030, 640, or 320) then it's programmed via VeriFire Tools, which is proprietary to Notifier ESDs. You may have a workstation (A PC that controls your network), depending on the size of your property. Our branch in STL is certified for those as well.

Seeking Licensed Service Company in St. Louis area
First, let me start by saying that I am a contracts person. I am not a technical person and know very little about our fire alarm system - only what I've been told.
I've been told that we use Notifier fire alarm equipment made by Honeywell and the software is Fireworks running on an Onyx operating system. If that doesn't make sense, let me know so I can find out more.
I am wondering if there are any other service companies in the St. Louis area that can perform recurring inspections and maintenance and on-demand repairs for this type of system.
