Hex decode for password for Notified ID50 / ID60

Hi

Taken over a new building and have got level 2 access (defaulted 2222) but cannot get level 3.

Old maintenance company has ceased trading.

Error/hex code is get is: C9B0E1D0

Any help much appreciated.

Neither password worked. It only accepts a four digit password. Tried 9119 too.

Still gives the hex code: C9B0E1D0

Any further suggestions.
