EST3 Timer test/with trouble

Hello, After updating a few panels to sdu ver 5.4 the monitoring company is receiving Timer Test w/Trouble signal every night. There are no troubles on the panel or in the history. Asked monitoring co. to do a clear restoral and a full clear on there end yet every night same thing. Timer test with trouble.
Any idea what could be causing this. There were no trouble befor upgrade to 5.4 and no troubles after upgrade.

if you have active monitors, make sure to check "Ignore Monitor events when determining system status" box in MODCOM configuration window.
