EST3 Panel keys stops working after i download the database

Hi,
I had faced problem on panel display keys once after I commission and download the database file into the panel.

please suggest what could be the problem & solution for the same.

until I download database of CPU & loop cards, keys where working; once after that no keys are working.

I am unsure what you are saying
It sounds like you downloaded a CPU and the keys on the display stopped working.
if this is what you are saying, the download has nothing to do with the display keys.
