Signal Silence Not Working

I assume the BMS does not silent the bells.
The 3030 does not have NAC circuits as part of the panel so most likely you are using Control Modules to active the Bells?
these devices need to be silenceable in the device programming
your problem maybe with these modules in someway.
also keep in mind that when the 3030 is power cycled it returns to its previous state with respect to disabled/active zones/module/devices.
so something maybe out of step, run a few reports.
if you can send me the database I will be a quick look over.

hi Enamul,

if the controls active led in the display is off you dont have control over the silence button(and other functions), this happens with all NFS2-3030 when you connect Gateways like the Bacnet, onyxworks, etc.
read the manual for take the control back to the NFS2-3030.

the database attached is for XLS-3000 system.

I am Enamul kabir, I am facing a problem of NFS-3030 Fire Alarm panel.
It was working normally. After few day NFS-3030 Fire Alarm control Panel Signal Silence not working. When Fire Alarm Came, I press Signal Silence button and Display show signal Silence, But Signal Silence LED not Blinking. Bell is ringing, not Stop. that means signal silence not working.
I can't understand what happened?
Program not change from 1st. Programming is as like before when signal silence worked. note: fire Alarm Panel connected with BMS over Bacnet Gateway.

Please help me.

Hi, if the system doesn't have the correct display/keypad the system is acting like an annunciator.
