EST3-Reclaiming SDU Projects EST2 & EST3 (does not work)

I have little luck with this program from EST, try the above post, it will get back your EST2 or EST3

Introduction: Occasionally, after installing an upgraded version of the EST3 System Definition Utility (3-SDU) or System Definition Utility 2 (2-SDU), you are unable to open a specific project database. The project existed in the previous version, and following the upgrade the project folder still exists; however, you’re unable to open it. The Reclaim Projects software utility was created by our software engineers to recover those project databases that may have been bypassed when upgrading your System Definition Utility. When you start Reclaim Projects, it searches your computer to determine which System Definition Utilities you have installed, and displays buttons that let you select either SDU.
