We came to know that UTC team has a software which can be used by their team for getting the project file from a commissioned panel.

Is any one aware of it & is a copy available with any one.

I know it is difficult to remake the entire programming for an installed site, mainly if we do not know where is the original program.
On another side; the programing is personal that is why we have a personal key and password and it is not good to break a password ;
If UTC does not release this software to the public is that there is a reason.
redid the whole programing, and that is the pride of EST3 programmer.
