Installation PIN for 2SDU

I'm in the same boat and need to how to find the pin for 2-SDU.

However whenever I type the key serial for the pin number I get "Invalid Pin. Please Correct". I still have the old XP computer and the key works and launches 2-SDU just fine. I am trying to install 2SDU on this computer, as the current machine is getting old and I'd rather not wait until it fails in the field. The replacement machine is a Windows XP SP3 computer, just like the one it's replacing. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong here?

I have many kind of dongles, such as EST(EST2,EST3,FireWorks),SIMPLEX,NOTIFIER,SIEMENS,etc..
All dongles can be test through internet,using sharing software.
