I wrote a program for 2 EST3 panels that are communicate together(class A) and download it.but I have these troubles:
network class A failure and Network panel communication fault .
any one can help me please.i need urgent help.
what setting i must to do?

It may depend on many things:
-the hardware that you use for communication(fibre or copper);
-the distance between the two panel(lenght of the cable);
-type of the communication cards(232...);
-may be the card itself;
-and may be also the config of the panel.
need more precision to help you.
