it's just a bad buzzer, happens all the time.

hi all!
I have a qs1 panel that when goes to trouble the buzzer of panel didn't work(same as push the panel silence button)!
I have another problem with this panel too!after above problem was began i couldn't configured panel with RS232 interface cable and qs-cu configuration utility!I checked the interface cable and all of connection but i have the problem yet!I had configured this panel with same cable and same connection before!
I check the RS232 card and test it with another panel and every thing goes right!
any idea?
