pseudo point 605,database supervision

hi friends,
I have a EST 3 networked systems 6 panels.The database of the system was build in sdu version 3.00,now i upgrade this database to sdu version 5.11, I down loaded the data bases in to the systems and its working .Now i have a problem all the panels showing "database supervision"
so I am hopping some one here will help me. I m a newbie in programming I have never seen that as well. please see the attached photo.so any help I can get I will be very thankful for.

version 5.11 has an issue you must upgrade it to 5.12. this database supervision will appear when you download 5.11 cpu database from July 1, 2013 onwards.
