The SDU show me this message in "Mapping Errors" table:
Map Error History
"Process Chain Error 3, S/N 3907665983 Ofs 0"
Troubleshooting Tips
"Unable to properly build a chain of devices from the loop controller.
Access the Current Chain table to analyze the chain failure. A device is
being added to the current chain further from the loop controller than
where we started building the chain (always work from the start device
towards the DLC). Review the Serial Numbers for the Short Address in
the Chain & compare with the wiring to isolate the failure. The chain
and current device mapping response lists can be analyzed to show
the conflicts."
If we remove the device from loop this message appears in other appliance with another serial number, getting a cyclical process.
could you help me?

Re: Process Chain Error 3
you can replace the mentioned detector with a new detector and check the contact and wiring of base. also observe the mapping count in status and check the number at which it stops or drops to. then go to that device number as per electrical path of loop and check the wiring and termination. you can also try breaking loop at that point to ascertain that the loop is fine till that point.
Also you can order a kraken device from UTC going to be released very soon to troubleshoot your loop.

You know what will fix your problem......
Re-initialize the SSDC Loop in question.
Let the SSDC card Rebuild a Map of What is out in the "field"
The reconcile map

Re: Process Chain Error 3
Can somebody explain exactly how the diagnostics current chain and device response chain works? I just don't get it when troubleshooting map faults.
