No, But you can suck some of the panel info out.
connect your PC to the printer port of the panel and remove the SLC line then run a activity report and all the device info will print out.
then create a EST2 database for this panel and upload the SLC/siga map.
Now you will only need the sequence of operation - which inputs turn which outputs on.
