Convert EST3 SDU Dongle to Access XLS 1000 Panel

Dear All,
One of my customer is having XLS 1000 Panel with Honeywell detectors.
Iam having EST3 Dongle with certificate.
Now my customer asking me to handle the XLS 1000 site.
I know i need Honeywell dongle to access the XLS1000.
Any one can help me to convert the EST3 Dongle as XLS 1000 Dongle.
If yes pls send the details i can ready to pay for this conversion.
