I can´t download a database in a card for EST3

I tried to download a database in a new SDDC card (the system is conformed by 2 CPU´s) but it didn´t save in the card. When i download the database, the screen shows complete, but the version is always the same 00.00.00 and the others are 10.00.00.
On the CPU´s display shows these troubles:
LOCAL TRBL ACT CARD 4 DATABASE OUT OF SYNC W CPU
LOCAL TRBL ACT EXT DATABASE INCOMPATIBILITY
LOCAL TBRL ACT UNPROGRAMED DEVICE DATACARD 1.
I downloaded the databases in 2 CPU´s and in te Card, the same way i downloaded the aplication code and bootloader by the card.

From the pseudo zone info you provided below, the first thing I believe you need to deal with is the unprogrammed device datacard 1.
by resolving this issue, the other issues may resolve themselves.

Please follow following Steps:

1. Upload Map for that card.

2. check mapping for difference in actual and expected Data.

3. you will find some difference .

4. Resolve the difference in Actual and Expected data .

5. Complile and download data to loop card.
