I have a problem w/ the QS4-CPU-2 that i can't retrieve data from the panel using RJ11 connector or PS6 rs232 this CPU is new, and its my first time to programmed QS4-CPU-2. Because i program before are QS4-CPU-1, QS1-CPU-1 is there a big different procedure on how program this CPU???

If this is a new QS panel it may not have any database to retrieve.
QS4-CPU-1 or QS4-CPU-2, the 1 or 2 is the size of the front panel, can it hold 1 or 2 switch/led panels
no real different between the two panels

What version Code is in Panel? 2.5??
1-) Assuming problem is not Wrong 9 pin serial port connector. IE--You cant use your ESt3 Rj-11 9 pin connector to load quickstart.
2-) Did you try 9600 baud rate? (instead of 38300k baud)
3-) On right com port in QS software?
4-) Are you using v2.5 (not v 1.8)
Sometimes, If I cant talk to panel and I tried everything, I will load 2.5 code loader. (Even if v 2.5 is already installed.) Just to get comms rollling.
