process chain error

Hello
If any one know how to fix mapp fault "process chain error". Tips indicate that 2 devices appear to be in same location in the chain. How I can find those devices? I use 03.71.00 microcodes.

I do not remember ever seeing a process chain error before, it is not a common problem.
Can you call tech support?
