what is the error
is it working just not mapping?
disable the mapping.
you can stop the display from showing monitor points, so no one will know

I just was mapping a older site that had siga-dsi smokes
it was killing me, I could not get the two maps to work right
so I gave up and disabled mapping and stop monitor point from going to the display

The problem is in the configuration also, we can't add the device.

We add it as SIGA-PS, but the SDU tells us that it is not valid for the selected model.

I think the problem is in the market place configuration. Try to modify market place on :

Configure >> Project >> Operation tab

The DS (photoelectric smoke) and DH (fixed temperature rate-of-rise heat) detectors are only available in these marketplaces: Arabic, Asia, China, International, and Middle East.

Hello,

I have an installation on EST3 panel, I'm using SDU version 5.2, all the existing devices are old SIGA-PS , SIGA-HRS....

Another installation for new rooms has been made but with the SIGA-DSI detectors, when I read the map and try to add the new detectors, I'm facing error adding these new devices.

As I read in the datasheet of the detector, it is supported by EST3.

Note that I install also 5.31 version but the same error.

Please your help.
