What happens when EST3 CPU fails?

Hi everyone,

When the [highlight=]CPU of EST 3 panels fails[/highlight], an alarm detected on loop controller (3-SDDC1/2) 1, can the other rail modules like loop controller 2, 3 ... recognized that alarm and activate all outputs (of all loop controller) following to the programmed rule?

And in case of failure of loop controller 1, how panel works when an alarm detected on this loop controller?
