how to be a supplier,distributor,partner for EST3 equipment?

hi leo,
do you know what exactly required to be an EST3 supplier,distributor,partner ?
is it possible any way?
one of the companies had a very bad customer service as there was no competition in the market and a lot of Monopolization as they the exclusive source of the equipments in the whole area.

what do you think about that?

GE sold its security and fire to UTC.
But I am sure you still need to be come a Partner to buy from UTC.
The Middle East is starving for EST support, most of the question are I get are from this area.
You are not going to be able to be a partner if you only need parts for your customers unless you do a large amount of business (fire,access,cameras)
If you are a security or fire alarm company I would bet UTC would give you a look as a partner.
If you are looking for parts the company I work for could give you prices.
