replace the nac panel

correct stayed the same and the voltage dropped. Yeah I ordered a new panel already. I was just wondering if anyone came across this type of issue before. Thanks for the response leo

Im working on a siemens panel to be more specific a pad 3 distributed power module. I have a trouble on nac 2 (ds2 led lit) I have no open, short or ground on nac 2. It is giving me an output of 13vdc instead of 24vdc. I even swapped nac 1 and nac 2 and my trouble and output voltage stays the same at 13vdc. Anybody can help? thanks.
