I have downloaded the software and unzipped where required but the software stalls midway through installation. Any Ideas?

So what do I do when I go to an older QS site.
First load both versions of QS-CU on your computer.
check the panels CPU version (1.8 or 2.5)
Should I upgrade a CPU1.8 to CPU2.5 via the CodeLoader: NO, unless you need one the things in 2.5, check the release notes.
If you are replacing a CPU1.8 panel with a CPU2.5 panel.
