I had problems do to unsee character at the end of the csv file that I was trying to import.
also I delete the status and just used the default ACTIVE
The excel file was not working so I used csv file
also when I view the csv file in notepad I noticed ,,,,,, on some of the lines which was a problem, delete ,,,,, to fix
It was a pain, took about a hour to find and fix the problems.
save the exported file as a CSV, highlight the whole file as if you were going to copy it (Ctrl A) look the file over for unwanted characters (spaces or CR or line feeds).
- Do a (Ctrl A) and notice the . is 4 lines down, there is no need for a access level it with use the default you assign.

WinPakPE - Card Import Utility Guide
Re: WinPakPE - Card Import Utility Guide
using the Winpak Import Utility in Windows7
I was getting error - WIN-PAK is running in demo mode. This feature in not in demo mode
I needed to right click the import Utility icon and Run as Administrator for it to open
Then I had problems finding the file I was going to import because of Permissions, I needed to right click the card.csv file and added full control to the winpak user.
Also card 1.csv would not work, I removed the space
