EST3 Downloading Problem

Hi all

I have problem with my est3 panel:
when i want to download data on cpu (Code and Boot loader) 3-sdu show badcheksum error.when i tried to do it again panel shows cpufaild!!and now when i want to download code or database or booloader same things happend.
any idea or solutions?

i use 3sdu ver5.20.

hi,
try to downgrad to 3.72,
then try to download from the serial port using 3-RS232 card.
if not you have to change CPU and retur back the CPU to supplier.
