Hi,
The issue is with reporting in Win-Pak SE, the reports are always shown as 1 hour behind the server time. so an entry at 0751 would be reported as 0651 on the time reports. This obviously causes issues with HR.
I've checked the server time settings and all correct, set to automatically update and the time zone is also correct for the UK.
All other applications and databases on the workstation show the correct time. The only applications thats reporting wrong is Win-Pak.
There are no entries in the Time-Zone config, could this be an issue? I assume it would pick the time up from the local clock?
I'm at a bit of a loss now where to look and hope someone might be able to point me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Update: its fixed itself!!!! absolutely no idea how, but it has. HR is happy again until it probably returns later:(
Regards
Stephen
