not sure what you said your problem is but,
the loop card is a SSDC/SDDC right?
are there devices on this SLC loop? if so when you lift the wires off the card all the devices well fail.

The device fall down but the LCD never show any information,
normally it it must have "comm fault and open / short fault";
but now like the loop card is not programmed.

Ok, easy tasks at hand....to verify loop communication, unwire your SLC and move the loop controller to a vacant LRM slot, if the LCD displays a CONFIGURATION FAULT, the Controller is working, and move it back to the original slot, make certain to "seat" it well and lock it it. NOTE: power down while moving LRMs. When you restart panel, watch for RECONSTRUCTING LINE DATACARD...open mapping status and watch as the panel gathers Communicating Devices and Serial Numbers...when they match it will begin mapping, if the mapping attempts 3 times and fails you will get a map fault. Upload the map data at look for the device that is causing the map problem, it will be listed in MAPPING ERRORs tab. The device could be bad or I've seen the screws loose causing the problems. Also check polling voltage with your meter...if it goes below 11.5vdc that'll mess up mapping, you'll have to find where the voltage drop is...
