Leo,

The display is showing the following failure: 01060630 Riser Supervision.
It is a failure in a pseudo point, right?

Why does it happen?

Thank you!

This trouble origin to 3-FTCU is the line for firephone.

Right. That failure is being generated by 3-FCTU I understood. But what is causing this failure? What can I do to fix it?

Thank you.

Do you have the firephone? is the riser for telephone.
Put the 15K EOL directly to terminal 1-2 to 3-FTCU to see if the 3-FTCU is defect.
Is correct chek riser wiring.

Your problem is there's either a short on the warden riser or there's a phone connected even though it doesn't show on the screen. Try restarting all panels.

First thing you should have told us was whether you have an A class or B class. Either way, I came across the same issue on an A class system I disconnected both riser and return and was reading 15k on both side. Running around all the cabinets I was looking for reverse wiring. I came across a T-tap. At the end of that t-tap was a 15k.
Just another scenario.

Dear friends,

In the center of the EST-3 which I maintain, is presenting the following trouble: Riser Supervision. What's going on?

I appreciate the help!
