FIREWORX and the Vigilant Product Line by GE

Does anyone have info in regards to the VIGILANT Fire panels? IE- Do you have to be authorized distributor to purchase/Program/ Get tech support?

And also, In reading up on the FIREWORX Product line by GE, It appears these parts can be purchased without being an authorized distributor?

Is programming these panel like the quickstart program/panel?

Yes you have to be a dealer for the VIGILANT fire panels. as for the FIREWORX you don't have to be. I know the Systems Depot Here in Orlando sells the FIREWORX stuff. The programming for both are nothing like the quick starts its much more user friendly.
