I think you can buy any USB to RS232 converter and it will work.
In the past there were some problems, but not anymore.

I try many USB to RS232 converters, but only one work correct with all systems that I am work.
It's Aten UC-232A it also compatible with Win7 if you need.

Dear Bro,
Nice to meet everybody in forum. I've already bought many USB to RS232 cable. Now, we've lost cable. Hard for buy other cable cause by i don't know how to chose the suite cable for connect SDU to FACP. My laptop has not com Port.

Please, help me some advice to buy cable.
