EST3 SDU recovery from panel

Got an EST3 panel installed in 2008. Can't find the SDU file anywhere. Does EST have any software that I can use to recover the SDU file directly from the 3-CPU. I understand that I can create a "new" project using that panels LRM configuration, and then upload, but I'll lose my labels and rules, right?
I have the 5.02 3-sdu software.

Yes, but only if the printer was enabled when originally programmed.

i was programming est3 panel.every thing was fine till then. Suddenly tx light on aux power card stopped blinking and panel showing RAIL COMMUNICATION FAIL.
KINDLY tell me how to solve it.now i am unable to get any COMMUNICATION in loop card.
