EST3 Downloading Issue

On a CAB5, a CPU-3 and PPS was downloaded and configured ok, then while downloading the added SDDC1 card CPU Fail and SUP LEDs came on with a steady buzzer.
Changed the CPU, this time while downloading to the new CPU, after almost 8% was done CPU Fail and SUP LEDs came on with regular buzzer and time out happened for a few attempt. You can hear the pulsating sound (like when there is a short circuit) seems like a onboard relay acting.

are you downloading direct or over the network?

It’s a single panel for now.
I tried both single step and network at 19.2 and slower and faster baud rate too.

Try to use another version of SDU

I did, tried with Vesion 3.5,3.71, 4.0

it seems u downloaded on the sddc1 using a single step and connecting to the cpu. no solution for this except replacing the cpu.

I had the panel examined by EST3 certified engineer and the found the power supply faulty.
Problem solved.

That’s right, right in the beginning I explained that at what point trouble starts and that I changed the CPU …
