Modcom/P

I have a job in Chicago that requires all panel activity to go through the Modcom/P back into their paging system. I have programmed a regular Modcom with contact ID but never worked with the /P version. I know I am using the TAP protocol and setting up the phone numbers like I usually would but since it is internal I do not have to worry about account information do I? Also, they are expecting all of the Message Text to show up on their pagers? Is that possible? I looked at the Help and it said it will send 59 characters so I would assume I am ok there. Finally can someone break down the example EST gives you.
