Est 2 sdu device serial numbers

I'm wanting to replace a est2 sdu with a IO 500 I need to see if there is a way to pull the serial numbers and description out without a key ,I really don't want to have to go to each device and pull it down. I have the sdu program just don't have anyway opening the file.
