HELP. Power Supply Issues

Hi guys.
BACKGROUND:
We have an EST 2 (v2.3) in New Zealand (nz voltage - 220-240v AC)
Our power supply is showing Fault light after every 24 hour test.
Batteries keep dying which seems to indicate Power supply not providing enough charge.
PROBLEM:
can't source a replacement power supply for our voltage region.
QUESTION:
1. Where can we find a power supply? model# 2-PPS/220
2. Can we buy a USA 120vac version and convert it to run 220vac?
3. What else can we do?

when I first saw the post I was thinking the 2-pps used a transformer, but it is a switching power supply (no transformer) so converting a 120v to 220v may not be an option
I think the best option is to upgrade to a new I/O panel, the EST2 panel it 10 to 15 years old.

Hi leo
Yes everyone suggests EST3 direct swap as quickest safest option
We are exploring this

why not a I/O 64 or I/O 500 panel, it will be easier to install and cost a lot less

We have 90 EST brand smoke detectors on the system
Weve been told any brand other than est will mean replacing these, blowing out the cost by a further $20,000

the I/O is an EST panel and will work with siga smokes,
the I/O replaces the quickstart and the EST2

Interesting
Is this available in australia / new zealand ? 220voltage
Nobody here has talked about IO or even mentioned it exists
All have said to get the EST3
How does the IO compare?

the panel comes as a 64 or 500 point panel - IO64 IO500
the IO is just a panel like firelite or silentknight.
do not use an EST3

unlike the est2 switch is a switching power supply the io is just a transformer.
it most like comes in 220 but it not you will only need a 220v -> 24v 100VA transformer
