reader problem m300 ge

i have communication problem with m300 reader with program number 2080. but it is not communicating wit px 2000(micro 5 px). i am trying to replace m300 with programming 603 installed on pxn 2000( micro5 pxn). please tell me how would i know wether it is in weigend mode or in f2f , if it is weigend how would i communicate this reader with px2000 any wiring tips ..............
i am using mifare card but it is not detecting any input and sonds tripple beep every 30 second yellow light is on and red ,green light does'nt flash. it is not in tamper mode because i have attached its magnet to its back.t 500 is working with this configuration of px 2000
