most likely you will scrap the GE system, maybe keep the cards/fobs
I have work on Secure Perfect and Mirco-5 for a lot of years, it is old and not a very good system, also everything about is expensive.
You will go out of your mind trying to get Secure Perfect up and running
if you are in the phila/south jersey area PM me.

Secure Perfect
Hello everyone! I know the software is old but I my company has recently purchased a building that has a GE Security door controller. The previous tenants pulled all of their hardware and the left the controller intact. I need to program the gates for new codes as they never left us the codes and in order to do this I believe I need a copy of Security Perfect to interface with the controller. Would anyone be able to help me out? I just need it a trail or temporary copy until we can get the system replaced.
Thanks,
Matt
