EM 125KHZ and Proximity 125 Khz reader

Dear BRO
For State of BANK in VIETNAM, we used M5 controller with follow T-500SW reader
With HID card like : ICLASS 2020 HID, the reader can read.
But cause by all of staff in State of BANK used the older card with following spec:
• built-in EM 125 kHz reader (loại thẻ đang sử dụng là EM 125 kHz)
• 250 user groups (CPR32-SE required)
• connection of one external reader
• 250.000 event buffer (CPR32-SE required)
• 12VDC supply
• door operating modes: Normal, Locked, Unlocked, Conditional Unlocked
• three programmable NO/NC inputs
• user identification: Card or PIN, Card and PIN, Card only, PIN only
• two programmable 1A transistor outputs
• fast programming (15 seconds per each controller in system)
• one programmable 1.5A/30V relay output
• quick user editing (up to 3 seconds per each controller in system)
• RS485 communication bus
• integration of multiple access networks in one system (up to 250)
• free topology of communication bus (star or tree topology allowed)
• multiple networks doesn't increase system programming time
• 1000 users
• tamper
• 99 time schedules (CPR32-SE required)
• CE mark
And the older system ROGER reader card also can not reading HID card.
Now, We need your answer for following question:
1. Can we have anyway for can read EM 125 KHZ card? (the best solution)
2. Can we find the card for both of system can read?
3. Other way easy to can resole this problem!!!
