The company I work for is about to take over the service contract on Hotel with a IO 500. Has anyone worked on this system before. I have done work EST Q.S and EST 2 system but have never seen a IO 500. I'm going to guess the software requires a dongle like the EST 2 and 3. If anyone has any information please respond.

Hi Jim, the IO series have both programming options, from the keybord panel or software (no key required) and have almost the same programming rutines as the Quickstart systems.
