Ground fault when connecting Verifier by USB to Notifier-3030

I can connect fine using the NUP but when trying to use the USB connector with Verifier I get a ground fault.
Does someone have the same experience? If you did, where you ab to fix it and how?

Hi, that is normal, when you unplug the USB cable from the panel the ground fault must go
