Silent Knight 5820XL upload failed

Hi guys, i try to reprogram the elevator recall process in a Silent Knight 5820XL with the SKSS suite, but after upload the program is not saved. tell me is an incompatible and don't open. But when i upload the software say successful upload. Any Advice?. I'm appreciate in advance.
