I have a MSI-10B that I need to replace and I need help with addressing it.

To program the device is my only choice the FPI-32?
Can I buy a pull station already programmed?
I know the MSI-10B is obsolete is there a newer device that replaces it that is easier to address?

thanks for any help

The makers of the MXL panel were all proud of them selves, 20 years later the rotary dials won.
The DPU or FPI-32 eliminates the need for
the deviceís mechanical addressing mechanisms, such
as program jumpers, dipswitches or rotary dials
because the Programmer/Tester electronically sets the
manual fire alarm boxís address into its microcomputer
chip, nonvolatile memory

I agree with Pyro. They were able to come up with a way around using rotary wheels to program a device.
One time I sprained my pinkie finger programming a rotary wheel. (And it is very Tiresome also)..
