Daylight Saving Time & your FACP

When we spring forward that is when we can see timer test failure.
The Central Station I use has a 15 minute late window, so if DST is not setup right in my FACP I am going to get test fails.
Also if the panel does not have the right time & date I will get a test fail.

Question:
what is the grace time for your CS?

Beginning in 2007, daylight time starts on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November
starts on the second Sunday in March
and ends on the first Sunday in November
