Johnson Controls IFC-1010/2020 Programming software

Hello all, I have a customer that is still running a Johnson Controls ifc-1010 panel. Its on its way out and I am trying to get a copy of the database. I have verifier 1020 for the notifier line, but I don't have the Johnson controls version. Does anyone have a copy that they would be willing to share?

I do not think you need to use a program to get the info you are looking for

You will need to find within the 2020 this info
The easiest way to do this is to use a HyperTerminal type program.
connect it to the printer port on the 2020 run a report.
Capture it, import it into excel,
make it easy to see so you can change the FUNCTIONS within VeriFire tools.
