Yes it is , but unless you know the company that last programmed it , you will need to have your customer submit a password of the day request to Siemens .

Does anyone know if this panel is still supported for program changes

Leo is correct unless you have the guy who programmed it last the only way is to get the password of the day from Siemens. (Not a dealer? Good luck with that won't happen)
