Making audio files for ASU

I was given wav files by the customer to use in the EST3 ASU, (EVAC, ALERT, ETC).
When I tested them over the fire alarm system it sounded bad.
the wav files audio was clipping, it was recorded at to high a level and the files were useless.
The problem was obvious if I would have looked at Audio Message Recorder and played the file.
The audio amplify bars (blue) was pegged though most the message.
I used a text to speech website, It work pretty good. it's not top quality but for a warehouse just fine.

It sounds better over the fire system speakers then your computer, just for the hell of it give it a try.
