Yes, I have see it on circuits with old speakers. every time the CC1 circuit is turned off (after a EVAC) the circuits go ground then normal. EST does sell a CC1 to stop this, but you will need to change out all problem circuits, it was not worth it.
I tried to writing a rule to stop it, but I was unable to make it work.

hi guys, excessive capacitance on the output of the circuit that can cause phantom ground fault or even short fault?has anyone experience this?
