Hi,
i have a problem with a EST3 panel. The panel has 5 SDDC Cards.
After fixing a ground and a mapping problem in one card, i did a download to the cpu and all the SDDC cards. I waited until the panel finished all the mappings. After that, i did an upload from all the SDDC cards.
The screen shows me a trouble message that says that the database at card 4 (first SDDC) is out of sync with the cpu.
In details, it shows D:0284. checking tech reference manual it means "DB Out Of Sync with CPU Card xx"
I did again the download and upload only at the card 4. When i do the mapping, the tree doesn´t show me any error, but the trouble message is still at the screen...
I restarted the panel from the screen. I Also did a power restart. The trouble message is still at the screen.
i was thinking of deleting at this card all the devices, and capture all of them again, but i don´t know if that will fix it...
Any idea how do i fix this trouble?
thanks in advance
SB

Re: EST3 DB out of sync problem
on the mapping windows, the left icon pulls a menu, at the end, you find something like status there you will find the issue to be fixed.

Re: EST3 DB out of sync problem
FIXED
panel said the DB problem was at card 4. SDU said that the DB problem was at slot 6 (card 6)...
i deleted all devices at card 6, did a download, did an upload, and wrote back all serial numbers, labels and messages. I noticed there was a pull station at the database that didnt appear back. Somebody took off the pull station but didnt delete it from the cpu database. Panel didnt show me any trouble (???). After that, download, upload and the message was gone.
I had too an error message 607 Trouble Auxiliary Port One. It says that i had a short or open at RS232 commport 1. I didnt have anything connected to it... after several tests, i decided to download the whole panel, including bootloader, and firmwares.... no error messages at panel... finally
