I am having trouble uploading the database to a edwards 3-ssdc1 card. The application code and bootstrap are version 5.20 however the database version is 1.00. The SDC1 card is installed on the ssdc1 card. What is happening? How do I fix this? I have mapping disabled. enabling mapping causes more troubles on the panel. What do I do? The ssdc1 card is brand new.

Dear,

What kind of trouble ? Verify mapping and compare with "loop statistics" (quantitys, types, etc)

I don't have a mapping error. I only have data fault 1 trouble. Mapping has no effect. I have a data fault 1 message and the devices don't poll however, when I upload data to the ssdc1 card from the sdu, the data fault 1 message disappears and the devices poll but when the panel restarts, the data fault 1 message comes back and the devices won't poll. Do I need to get a new 3-SDC1 card or Can I fix it by other means?
I know that the SSDC1 card can not communicate with the 3-sdc1 card that is installed on the back of the SSDC1 card while the panel is out of service mode. What can create this unusual issue and how should I resolve this issue? Do I need to get a new 3-SDC1 card?

You know, sometimes it is just a broken board
