Took over a customers account which is an EST3X . In the database conversion progress window the conversion only goes to 95% overall. All other modules go to 100%. Progress for for CPU's only goes to 91%.Yet the window says conversion complete in bottom left hand corner and i do get my "Done" button with the check mark.
The only other thing that is not right is my database for my 3-SDDC1. When I do a version request all versions match up except my database for the 3-SDDC1 card.
It has a database version of 00.00.00 the SDU version is 01.00.03 which is the current database version I have. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

PS. just fixed my typing mistakes

Verify you're mapping and the "Loop Statistics". If you have a difference between Actual and Expected you don't make a conversion.

I had the same problem, and the only way to solve it was to compare the database that the SDU was mapping and the database that I made manually, the devices that did not map me either due to bad connection or device failure eliminated it then look for and correct them. Once this was done the problem was solved.
